Cup Sealing Machine

PULSA RCS-6 Series Cup Sealing Machine has an automatic rotary turn table with multiple stations allowing operations such as cup dispensing, product filling, cup sealing and product discharge to be carried out simulatneously. This enables the cup sealer to have full automatic capabilities without having a large working space requirement. Various filling units can be installed to suit different products of different forms such as liquid, paste or granule.

RCS-6 Series Cup Sealer Functions:

1. Cups are loaded from a magazine onto the rotary turn-table
2. As the cups are transfered to the filling station, products is filled into the containers.
3. At the sealing station, the cups are sealed.
4. The sealed cups are raised at the discharge station for removal.

Optional:

• Missing Cup / Tray detection sensors
• Precut foil insertion

MAP Tray sealers also available for products which requires Modified Atmsophere Packaging (MAP) for better shelf life.
